Jesus said to his disciples, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8

At Cedar Grove, we purpose to be His witnesses, to appropriate the power available from the Holy Spirit, and make an impact in our Jerusalem (Livermore), our Judea (the tri-valley area), our Samaria (cross-culturally in the Bay area), and to the ends of the earth (world-wide missions).

Our CG401 class (offered 2 to 3 times a year) teaches about our personal responsibility to be witnesses as described in Acts 1:8. Cedar Grove has an active missions program that includes local and global activities.
