Keith, our Lead Pastor, has served on the staff in a variety of roles since 1989. He is committed to helping others make progress in their own spiritual journey. His primary focus is teaching God’s Word and encouraging people to explore the mission and vision of the church. Keith serves with the Elders and staff at Cedar Grove to carry out God’s priorities for this church family.

A 16-year ministry veteran, Tom has been our Pastor of Student Ministries since 2007. In addition to leading our middle school and high school ministries, Tom also participates in the Sunday morning services as one of our lead worshippers and preachers. Tom's favorite sentence is, "Ohhhhh, I get it now!" He is dedicated to helping people to become more like Jesus through authentic ministry and clear Biblical teaching. Tom has been married to his wife Samantha for 15 years, and they have three kids: Elizabeth, Paul, and Luke.

Tom began serving as Cedar Grove’s Executive Pastor in February 2011. He comes to us with over 20 years of ministry experience, having served as a youth pastor, associate pastor and missionary. He also has business background, with 8 years in banking and 3 years as a company controller. His undergraduate degree is in Business Finance and he holds a Masters degree from Western Seminary. Tom and Debbie have been married for 26 years and have 3 sons: Robbie, Jacob, and Jensen.

Sam has been leading worship at Cedar Grove since November 2011 and has been leading worship across the Bay Area for the past 14 years. He received his degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Music from Cal State University, East Bay. He works full time as a General Building Contractor. Sam and his wife, Stephanie, were married on December 31, 2005.

Community Life Director

Susan has been on staff at Cedar Grove for 15 years. On her free time she loves to travel. Some of her travels in the last few years have included mission trips to Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Dominican Republic, where she has been a part of a team that not only does compassion aid but also shares the love of Jesus with the people.
