Dean HamptonDean Hampton came to Cedar Grove as our Directional Pastor in November of 2006. He and his wife, Mary, have two children, Kyle and Bryce. Dean came to Cedar Grove after four years at a church in the Pacific Northwest. Dean's primary responsibility is providing leadership, direction and efficient implementation of the church mission and vision. |

Herb PedigoPastor since 1978, Herb and his wife, Cheryl have four children, Christopher, Lisa, Jodi and Matthew. Herb came to Cedar Grove after four years of teaching drama, English, and Bible at a Mid-western Bible college. His areas of responsibility include congregational care, preaching, discipling, and drama. |

Margaret CromieDirector of Fellowship Margaret is the director of fellowship. She and her husband, Keith, have two children, Melinda and John. Margaret worked in children's ministries in Oregon and at Cedar Grove Community Church before joining the staff in 1996. Her new areas of responsibility include congregational care, and oversight of fellowship events for our church family. |

Luwanna DiceDirector of Children's Ministries Luwanna is director of children's ministries. She and her husband, John, have five children, Rebecca, John, Joshua, Jordan and Nancy. Luwanna has been active in the leadership of AWANA programs in the Bay Area for more than a decade and has worked in children's ministries for more than 20 years. She joined CGCC's staff in 1998 and her areas of responsibility include directing our ministries for children from birth through 6th grade. |

Henry MutzChurch Business Manager Henry joined the church staff in October of 2000 and serves as director of ministry advancement. Henry and his wife Mona have three children, Si, Sierra and Moey. Henry recently retired from approximately 19 years of private business as President/Owner of two communications contracting companies. His major area of responsibility is the implementation of ministry infrastructure, adopting the general organizational principles from the "Purpose Driven Church" model. |

Susan ThomasChurch Administrator Susan joined the church staff in January of 1996. Susan and her husband, Greg, have two children, Jonathan and Andrea. She serves as director of administration. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to the pastoral and ministry teams through communications, printed materials and secretarial support. |
